Role Purpose:We are looking for an CRM Manager to join the growing CRM team as it builds the next phase of growth at Curve, globally. The CRM Manager will help to deliver Curve’s CRM strategy across various customer touch-points (Email, Push and In App). They will do so by leveraging Braze, customer insights and best practices and work alongside Product Marketing, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analytics and Data, UX Designers and Marketing teams to bring delightful product & marketing experiences to our customers. This role will report into our CRM Lead. Key Accountabilities: Co-ordinate, build and execute multi-channel (push, email and in-app) customer journey communications which ultimately drive engagement and repeat purchase. Deep dive into past campaigns and make recommendations as to how to build on the results for the next iteration Support CRM Lead to constantly test and optimise our messaging, content and tone to ensure CRM KPIs are constantly improving Help to deliver against set CRM priorities by working cross-functionally with editorial, product marketing, data and analytics to ensure confident execution of campaigns Troubleshoot and highlight areas of the process which could be improved to make the creation and deployment of communications more efficient and automated. Support CRM Lead to work closely with Product/Tech to identify and prioritise any engineering work required (e.g. automation, tracking, third party integrations) Be the ‘voice of the customer’ always asking yourself ‘what do I want the customer to Think, Feel and Do’ off the back of this communication Proactively keep abreast of latest trends and competitor communications, providing opinions and thoughts on what others are doing in the industry. Requirements 2+ years experience with executing marketing including on-boarding, re-engagement and retention strategies (ideally) across multiple channels and in high-growth consumer facing environments Passionate about delightful user experiences and connected journeys through the use of segmentation, user journey mapping, personalisation and automation A data-confident individual whose curiosity leads to asking insightful questions A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organisation and between teams.
