A Bit About The Role... We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate CRM Manager to join Bumper in a full-time hybrid role, based out of our Sheffield or London (Hammersmith) office at least two days a week. In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll own the end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine our approach and uncover new opportunities for growth. Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bumper, from Growth and Product to Customer Success Team, to ensure our CRM efforts are aligned, effective, and impactful. Day-to-day Responsibilities Drive customer engagement and increase retention rates. Create campaigns for B2B users to engage and educate them on our payment products, whilst improving B2B activation rates. Collaborate with colleagues in the business to optimise retention flows Create, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns. Create and maintain HTML templates for email marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement and manage user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised experiences. At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Manager CRM software experience, including using data to drive great customer outcomes Previous use of any major CRM tools. We use Braze and Hubspot at Bumper so experience with those is preferred Understands data and any previous experience in writing SQL is preferred Experience in creating HTML templates with WYSIWYG editors. Ability to use dynamic scripting languages like Liquid and Ampscript to personalise emails.
