Apply here: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4008854022 Responsibilities: Strategize and execute promotional & lifecycle email programs, including trafficking assets & audience targeting, QA, and monitoring performance Manage the set-up and deployment of complex automated communications within Braze, including A/B tests and behavioral triggers Own the maintenance of the email marketing calendar and the creation of email briefs. This involves working across various departments in the company, including creative, pricing, product, etc. Track key email metrics such as delivered, open rate, revenue, conversion rate, and opt-out rate by various email types and/or segments, establishing benchmarks for each Create & communicate reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc, etc.) that analyze findings, identify trends, and recommend a course of action Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering, deliverability, and tracking. Enhance the app-first customer journey through cross-channel canvases, including in-app messages, push notifications, email, and on-site banners Requirements 2+ years’ experience with Braze Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and email performance metrics Google Analytics experience preferred Familiarity with email marketing best practices for revenue generation Knowledge of list segmentation strategies Understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, segmentation, list/data extension management, KPIs, etc.

This temporary, freelance role will support the e-commerce and digital team with the creation and deployment of omnichannel marketing campaigns and automations, including email, SMS, and web sales promotions for all Crimson Wine Group (CWG) brands. Het regent complimenten, je collega is erg enthousiast over de opzet die hebt gekozen. Je krijg nog een paar tips voor verbeteringen en gaat daarna aan de slag met HTML, CSS en JavaScript om je schetsen om te zetten naar een bruikbare webpagina. Tijd voor de lunchpauze; met je boterham in één hand, speel je een spelletje Hero Realms met je marketing collega. Na de lunch heb je een sprint planning meeting met het volledige development team. Samen met de baas bepalen jullie welke projecten prioriteit krijgen en wie waarmee aan de slag gaat. Je pakt samen een paar pakketjes in om te testen of de aanpassingen hun doel bereiken. En wat blijkt: het inpakken van pakketjes gaat wel 10% sneller! Zo kunnen we straks 10% meer pakketjes inpakken in dezelfde tijd en kunnen we onze leverbelofte nog scherper maken. En zo maken we nog meer klanten blij!
