YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Marketing Operations Manager, are to:

  • Develop and optimize customer journey across multiple digital channels, including email, in-app message, in-app banner, push notification, SMS, and paid channels;
  • Work with business partners to develop engagement strategies that reflect in-depth understanding of customer needs and customer intent at all stages of the buyer lifecycle;
  • Test and validate campaigns before deployment; Perform and sign off on Quality Assurance/Quality Control and deploy campaigns;
  • Monitor reporting to ensure campaigns are executing and delivering as expected, and drive troubleshooting and resolution when required;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders; Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a range of executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences;
  • Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory guidelines around data privacy and storage (e.g., GPDR/CAN-SPAM); set data governance and management strategies and maintain data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and conditional logic is a must;
  • Experience in lead generation, including managing and building out the lead lifecycle using marketing automation tool;
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective lifecycle campaigns and programs based on business opportunities. Goals activated against include business growth, and user engagement;
  • Results-oriented, energetic, and focused with a strong interest in marketing technology and desire to learn and succeed;
  • Deep expertise with leading development and execution of testing plans to maximize channel impact and yield;
  • Act as a consultant and technical expert on the marketing automation platform;
  • A preference for a fast-paced and dynamic environment; track record working across complex cross-functional teams;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for creating new data-centric experiments, solution-oriented and focused on getting things done amid ambiguity;
  • Have a keen eye on trends and a hunger for data. Ability to prove or disprove hypotheses by bringing the right data to the table;
  • Keep understanding of the technical relationship between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce including data sync, field mapping, campaign configuration, including basic dashboards and reporting. 
Salary Range (Optional)

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $89,000 to $133,000.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).  Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
