Description
What will you be doing
  • Create campaigns for email, push, in-app and content cards for the CRM manager to review.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
  • Measure campaign results and inform the CRM manager.
  • Test multiple campaigns with A/B testing such as subject line, clickthrough, opens, and templates, and share insights with the CRM manager.
  • Organize data for campaigns effectively and keep records of all campaigns in a sheet.
  • Work with content teams to understand their requirement and work on campaigns.
  • Prepare templates for promotional, automated, and ad-hoc campaigns daily and draft them into the marketing platform.
  • Optimized HTML as per the requirements assigned by the CRM manager also making sure all the templates are mobile responsive and work on all device platforms such as iOS and Android.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

What we want you to have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel is a must. Graphic designing is a plus.
  • 4+ years experience in managing CRM platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve campaign-related issues.
  • Critical attention to detail with a high level of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in performing job duties.
  • Experience in using a Campaign Management Tool, and CRM Systems such as braze, Mailchimp, and IBM Silver pop.
  • Ability to read and write Arabic content is a plus.
