Hi, community! I have a quite specific question, maybe someone from an app-first company with a subscription model could share expertise. Goal:win-back users who cancel premium Important detail:a big part of cancellations happen in the first days after payment Issue:users can't buy the premium package if they still have premium status. So we can offer them packages only after their subscription will inspire, but in this case, we need to wait almost 1/3/6 months. Hi all! I'm working on our Giving Tuesday campaign in which we're honoring some of our charitable partners and matching donations to one. Aside from presenting charities your company supports, what are some ways your company is publicly honoring Giving Tuesday? One issue we have run into is our typical brand voice is very witty, light, fun and this email has a more serious tone. Has anyone played around withLive Activitieson iOS 16? I’m curious how you’ve put it to use (if you have)! Or what kind of use cases you’re dreaming up for your product (if you haven’t yet)! Also — does anyone know whether this is compatible withanyiPhone model (as long as its on iOS 16 & up)? I imagine it might be limited to more recent models, and I believe only iPhone 14 Pro can make use of the "Dynamic Island" via Live Activities, but I haven’t been able to find anything definitive out there about compatibility. Was planning to start recording some, but would love to get some more ideas from the community. Here are a few ideas: Liquid - what it is and a few use cases. Promotion Codes - how to set them up and how they work. Campaign / Canvas Analytics - understanding the screen and importance of conversion events. Webhooks - Basic explanation and a complex use case for internal usage. Content Blocks - Beyond the simple usage, creating complex logic. Currents - Why it's so important & how to set them up. Hi everyone! I'm starting to work on a communications journey mapping gathering all the different automatic communications sent to our users. Have any of you already done this work? As it's the first time I'm working on this, I'm looking for inspirations, especially on the way to visually present it to have a clear and detailed view. So far, I've found examples of customer journeys, but they weren't specific to the communications sent to the different segments. I would be also very interested to know more about your feedbacks on this type of projects (like do's and don'ts, how you update it after...). Thank you!
