Favorite Braze (new-ish) Features / Releases?
Hey all đź‘‹ I'm jumping back into Braze after 2 years away, and interested to learn what's changed and what are some of the communities favorite new features?? I noticed the UI has been revamped, and there's some great new features, so interested in hearing what are some of the things that have made real differences in your work in Braze or really delighted you when you started using it? How To Use Braze Landing Pages
This post has 2 main purposes: 1. First, check out our latest YT video on Braze Landing Pages! Once upon a time, Landing Pages were not an option within Braze. Customers would ask about Landing Page capabilities ("SFMC let us build Landing Pages"), and we would unfortunately have no way of accomplishing this in Braze. Fast forward a few years, and Braze keeps expanding their channels and capabilities! Landing Pages is very interesting since it's a slightly different channel compared to the classic messaging channels, yet still easily built with Braze's D&D editor. 2. Our landing page is live! Resurrected Users
Hi 👋🏻 I’m trying to build a segment of resurrected users — people who are active today but were inactive for the past 30+ days before that, so in other words: Users who have returned today after not using the app for at least 30 days. I tried using the Last Used filter with: Last Used < 1 day ago (for activity today) AND Last Used > 30 days ago (for inactivity before that) But Braze doesn’t seem to allow both to be true at once — since Last Used only holds the most recent value. We don’t have custom events like session_start or app_open to work with, so I’m wondering: Is there a way to build a dynamic segment (not using Canvas as I want to show how this segment grows) that can capture users who were inactive for 30+ days and have now come back? Cat Facts are back! There's so many cool use cases for Connected Content, and if you want to get started with some practice right away, the Free Public Cat Fact API is our go to! In this video, we test what happens if we use a broken URL, and where we can get some more error insights inside the Braze Dashboard. Did you know? - All cats need taurine in their diet to avoid blindness. Cats must also have fat in their diet as they are unable to produce it on their own. - Relative to its body size, the clouded leopard has the biggest canines of all animals’ canines. Its dagger-like teeth can be as long as 1.8 inches (4.5 cm). - Despite imagery of cats happily drinking milk from saucers, studies indicate that cats are actually lactose intolerant and should avoid it entirely.

Braze, I love the new design, love the colors. Even though you made a ton of changes, everything feels just right. I still haven't dived into every corner, but so far I have to say that: Quick Links are awesome, The new "New" tag stands out more and caught my attention, And somehow it feels like I've gotten a ton of extra space. This is just an appreciation post for all the teams that worked on this huge update!!!Forward utm parameters from landing page
Hi team -- We are now adopting landing pages in order to drive paid media to a lead capture form but want to be able to forward the utm parameters of the affiliate link that drove there so it continues to get the attribution. For example google vs. facebook vs. tiktok Is there a way you can think of for a Braze Landing Page to forward these utm parameters or capture them upon landing and pass them when a user subsequently gets redirected site? I can only think of doing it generic based on like utm_medium=affiliate but would prefer to give the right attribution to the right ad partner if that makes sense. One solution could be using a different landing page for each paid media partner but with a limit of 5 landing pages that seems not scalable or reasonable. Thanks friends :)
