Favorite Braze (new-ish) Features / Releases?
Hey all 👋 I'm jumping back into Braze after 2 years away, and interested to learn what's changed and what are some of the communities favorite new features?? I noticed the UI has been revamped, and there's some great new features, so interested in hearing what are some of the things that have made real differences in your work in Braze or really delighted you when you started using it? Thanks in advance and happy to be back in the platform!

Agreed on User Update steps in Canvas. Super powerful!
I also like the new In-App Message drag and drop editor, especially that it allows for multi-page messages!
Not so much as new-ish, but still loving the power that canvas steps have paired with User Update or webhook steps. Can really design any sort of robust, personalized journey across systems utilizing it.
Not sure if you heard this, but it is currently in early access. Braze's Context step previously known as Canvas entries properties. My team made a short video of this feature and demonstrated how it works. You can check it out here: Braze - Context - YouTube
There's been some super updates in past two years. Depending on how many workspaces you'll have the copy to workspace, allows you to repeat previous work in minutes for new brands, or from Trunk to Prod. It's simple but such a time saver.
D&D editors for IAM and banner cards is also a game-changer (banner cards in general) are now so much more flexible than the previous content cards.
