Setting up a test in Canvas

Question, I'm trying to setup a 4-way split test (10%, 10%, 10%, 10%)  within Canvas with the winner (60%) rolling out the next day and using Quiet Hours between (1am UTC - 1pm UTC). Is this possible within Canvas? I didn't think Quiet Hours is possible in Campaigns so that is why I'm using Canvas, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here since I'm still learning the tool. Thanks in advance.
