Our team has been facing a challenge with collaborative work in Braze Canvases, and I’d love to hear how others are handling this.
We have a large marketing team, and often multiple people need to work on the same Canvas at the same time. The issue is that if two people are editing at once, one person’s save will overwrite the other’s changes - leading to lost work.
From what we’ve seen, Braze doesn’t currently support real-time collaboration or provide a notification when someone else is actively editing.

Has anyone found good workarounds or best practices for this? And Braze team - has this kind of enhancement been discussed before?

This seems to be a process problem. Collaboration outside Braze is required to make this work.
But here are few things you can change in your process to improve this:

Manoj's answers are really spot on. Primary owners and constant communication are necessary. But you're definitely not the first to bring this up; plenty of teams go through this learning curve when it comes to multiple editors in a single Canvas.
However, we've worked with companies with dozens of Braze users at once, so it can certainly be done. Let us know if you have further questions!
