System-led QA with Braze
Hi there! Our team has had a few incidents where emails have been sent to the wrong audience (i.e. filtering didn't save, filtering never added, duplicate tabs open, etc). We've implemented a number of human-led QA processes (see below) but we want to implement system-level guardrails as well. Does anyone know of a) Braze features that would let us do this or b) hacky ways that involve our engineering team? Any/all help would be GREATLY appreciated! I've just completed the Braze Certified Practitioner exam and want to study for the Certified Marketer exam. The Marketer learning path/course requires you to sign in to register. Is it possible to sit this course without signing in as I don't have a Braze account? ThanksBraze Learning Path
Trying to start the braze learning path so I can practice for the certification exam, but I cant find where to register for the learning paths on the website. Is it open to the public or does your company have use braze in order to get a log in? In TheFork B2C team we are exploring the potential of partnering with an External Translation Agency to assist in translating our CRM communications into various languages. It would be great to find an agency that works with real copywriters (without using AI tool) to guarantee high-quality translations and that would be okay to work with short noticeassignments.
