Braze Certified Marketer Learning Path - Course is only for those with a Braze account?

I've just completed the Braze Certified Practitioner exam and want to study for the Certified Marketer exam. The Marketer learning path/course requires you to sign in to register.
Is it possible to sit this course without signing in as I don't have a Braze account?
