It’s been over three years since Braze Bonfire took the leap from a chat-based platform to this web-based forum, and over that time, Bonfire has continued to be a place where Braze users can ask questions, get answers from peers, and make connections with others living and breathing customer engagement. Folks have found jobs on the Job Board, been inspired by the Creative Collective, submitted their Torchie Awards, and celebrated each other for their achievements. We're awed by the way that the Braze ecosystem shows up and shows out for each other, whether it’s in the discussion forums or at a local meetup or event.
Along the way, you’ve also shared feedback with us: sometimes the forums can be clunky. Sometimes logging in is challenging. Sometimes it’s tough to find what you’re looking for in the community, or to get a quick answer, or to know what answer to trust. We hear you, and we’re invested in making it better with a refreshed community site.
- The heart of the community is not changing
- Your ability to connect, learn, and engage remains the priority
- This update is focused on improving usability, performance, and long-term growth
The Community Platform is changing but we're going to provide easy to follow steps to make sure your access is quick and easy to the new site. Legacy content is coming to the new platform including the great discussions of this site. Every effort is being made to keep it quick and easy to connect you with your posts in the new site.
Over the next year, you’ll experience improvements big and small to Braze Bonfire. The first step is to move our community platform from one software provider to another. Change can be hard, or feel uncomfortable, especially when it involves a space you rely on and know well. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and positive as possible, while setting the community up for continued success.
Once our platform move is complete, you’ll have new opportunities to share even more direct feedback on what you’d like to see in the community and how our community programs support you along your journey with Braze.
From April 6, 2026 until April 13, 2026, Braze Bonfire will be set to a read-only state. You’ll be able to search and visit past discussions, but you won’t be able to post a new question, create new content, edit or delete existing content, or add comments or replies to content. Once our platform migration is complete, you’ll get a notification via email. On your first visit, you’ll need to reset your password and update your preferences, but all of your posts, comments, solutions and contributions to the community will be preserved and moved into the new space. We’ll remind you of all of that when it’s time!
Thank you for being part of this community and helping shape where it goes next! Have questions? Leave a comment or drop us an email at community@braze.com.
