Forge Canvas Template: Product repurchase reminder (with timing and channel testing)
Hello fellow Braze orchestrators, I didn't make it to Forge in person this year, but it was great tuning in to the keynotes and catching up on all the latest Braze innovations. 🔥 Here is a quick Canvas that we are about to launch to drive repurchase of two of our products that customers need to by on a regular basis. Entry criteria: purchase of a certain SKU Experimentation (both set up as Personalized Path): Message timing (30 days vs 45 days after the purchase) Message channel (email vs SMS, in this case) Message sequence: A user gets a reminder to repurchase the product she might be running low on; If a user engages with the message from step 1, but does not purchase, he receives a reminder 3 days later with a special offer, to incentivize the purchase. Let me know if you see any opportunities for improvement. I imagine, soon we will be able to simplify this flow by leveraging all the upcoming Braze AI tools. Replenishment Campaigns
Hi We sell a products that gets replenished every 30-40 days or so. We want to send a campaign that asks users 30-40 days after they purchased if they are ready to replenish the product. We would want to send the user to the product page of the item that they purchased initially. Have you built something like this before? Any best practices? Thank you!
Frequency Cap Hierarchy
Hi! I am wanting to implement frequency capping for my Braze instance. At the moment our main form of channel is Push which will continue. I am wanting to create a almost hierarchy, so e.g. user receives no more than 1 push in an hour UNLESS the canvas contains a tag 'offer' then they can receive this extra canvas.New Braze Learning Course - Anonymous Users!

Hey bonfirers (that's a word right?) Bit of a random one that I'm a little stumped on solving. I'm trying to target any users that received a message tagged with "ABC" in April. I can't use the segmentation filter 'Last received message from Campaign or Canvas with tag' because most users will have received messages with that tag already in May. Does anyone have any clever workarounds they can share?How are you thinking about frequency capping?

I'm currently doing a review of our frequency capping strategy to ensure that our fans are receiving the 'correct' number of comms and ensuring that the most relevant messages are prioritised. As part of this I'll be deep diving into contact frequency analysis, and reviewing engagement rate against number of messages received. Hi everyone, I'm looking for some guidance on a use case I'm currently working on. I want to implement a spinning wheel IAM using a single Canvas that includes 5 experiment paths. The goal is to limit the number of users entering each path — for example: Offer A (Path A): 150 users Offer B (Path B): 100 users And so on... While the experiment path node in Canvas allows user distribution using percentage splits, I’ve found that it doesn't always behave as expected — especially with small total audience sizes (e.g. 10–20 users). During a live test with internal team members, the users were not evenly distributed across paths, despite using balanced percentage settings. My questions: Is there a minimum user count required for the experiment path % splits to work accurately? Is there any official documentation explaining how this percentage-based distribution works under the hood? As an alternative, I’m considering building 5 separate Canvases or campaigns, each with entrance caps to control how many users receive each offer. However, it would be ideal if Canvas supported audience caps per path directly. Any tips, documentation, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Siva
