Inspiration
6 TopicsForward utm parameters from landing page
Hi team -- We are now adopting landing pages in order to drive paid media to a lead capture form but want to be able to forward the utm parameters of the affiliate link that drove there so it continues to get the attribution. For example google vs. facebook vs. tiktok Is there a way you can think of for a Braze Landing Page to forward these utm parameters or capture them upon landing and pass them when a user subsequently gets redirected site? I can only think of doing it generic based on like utm_medium=affiliate but would prefer to give the right attribution to the right ad partner if that makes sense. One solution could be using a different landing page for each paid media partner but with a limit of 5 landing pages that seems not scalable or reasonable. Thanks friends :)83Views1like2CommentsReferral Strategy
Hello Braze Community! I’m currently working on creating a referral strategy to drive new user acquisition through our most engaged users. I’d like to start a thread with all of you to gather inspiration and discuss different flows we could implement. So far, I’ve identified the following key moments: After a user gives a high rating in our review After a purchase Targeting our most engaged users After a user completes an “aha moment” in our app What do you think? Which strategies have you implemented to carry out a referral strategy. Best regards, Sergio83Views4likes4CommentsWhat is the best Braze feature that is underrated?
Talking to a lot of clients that come from other platforms I'm always surprised to see that sometimes the simplest of features can get them excited. "Send Campaign to users in their local time zone" gets a lot of praise. "Quiet hours" and pretty much everything time-related has been the biggest WINS that clients see.155Views4likes4CommentsAudience Path through event properties
Hello community! I need your help to set up a Canvas Flow: Context: In our subscription we are customising the unsubscribe flow based on the reason. We register this reason as an event property of the event that triggers the flow ( subscription cancel complete). Problem: It does not find the way to direct the users in a flow or another depending on the property of the event, since the ''audience path'' tool does not allow to split by event property. How would you do it? I could do it through conditions and liquid, but the flows are not exactly the same for all properties/reason. Thank you very much!Solved129Views1like4CommentsSwipe to reveal
Hi community, I recently saw a "Swipe to reveal" app messaging done by an industry leader using Braze. I'm not 100% sure the function/feature they used to achieve this - since I received it on the app, most likely it's an In-app or a push or a content card. I'm hoping to get some answers/info here. Basically the message contains 2 images - the first one says "Swipe to reveal the offer". You swipe the screen of your phone with your fingers, the first image is erased off, then you can see the second image that contain info about the offer. You then can tap on the link and are directed to the offer in the app. I'm wondering if it's done using the Custom Code type in In-app messaging. Really keen to figure this one out since the message was fun and engaging! Looking forward to answers and thank you!
