Hello :) I'm new to Braze and I am working on an action-base canvas including a delay. The idea is to send the campaign the day after an action is performed and at a set time. For example: a customer make a purchase on Monday (doesn't matter the time), I want him/her to enter the canvas and receive my messages on Tuesday 11am. Is this possible and if so, how to set this up please? Many thanks in advance for your help!29Views0likes2CommentsSo I woke up today and my jaw dropped...
Braze, I love the new design, love the colors. Even though you made a ton of changes, everything feels just right. I still haven't dived into every corner, but so far I have to say that: Quick Links are awesome, The new "New" tag stands out more and caught my attention, And somehow it feels like I've gotten a ton of extra space. This is just an appreciation post for all the teams that worked on this huge update!!!61Views7likes1CommentUsers marketing consent
Hi everyone, We're looking for ways to increase the number of contactable users. Some key actions we're considering include: A/B testing in the onboarding phase Ad hoc campaigns with in-app notifications for unsubscribed users Creating subscription groups (as we currently don't have any) Has anyone come across a successful case study on this? Or perhaps key metrics, like average user consent rates by industry, or useful websites for inspiration? We're struggling a bit with translating theory into practice, so any insights would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance! Matteo133Views1like7CommentsBenchmark of Re-consent Rates
Hi everyone, I am currently planning a re-consent campaign and have segmented our audience into 4 groups; highly engaged, moderate, lapsed and dormant. I am trying to get a sense of the reconsent rates for each segment to better predict business impact. If you have recently run a similar campaign - especially in the ticketing, live event, luxury goods or marketplace industries - could you share any insights or approximate success rates? Any benchmarks or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)27Views0likes0CommentsS3 CURRENTS INTEGRATION
Just noticed there are two buttons, "Create new test current" and "create new current" which is greyed out. What is the difference between the two? and why is one of them greyed out? furthermore, I looked everywhere on the braze docs for what "Create New Test Current" is but cannot find anything.Solved58Views2likes2CommentsNew Braze YouTube Resource!!

Hello Braze Bonfire Community, i have the following question: we are currently evaluating the possibilities of an automatic campaign shutdown in the case of a data transfer error from our internal sources to braze. We have an alarm that notifies us if the data transfer to Braze fails. Currently, in this case, the Braze campaigns are manually stopped by the CRM Managers. But we would like to automate this process. All Braze campaigns/canvases should be automatically stopped at the alarm. Unfortunately Braze currently does not offer a suitable solution, but maybe you have an idea? Is there a suitable workaround to stop Campaigns/Canvases automatically in that special case? Thanks for your help!77Views1like3CommentsWhatsApp as a business channel: how to build trust and drive upselling
I'm opening this post to gather feedback, insights, experiences, and tips on leveraging WhatsApp as a communication channel. With its impressive open rates and ability to engage users on a highly personal level, WhatsApp offers a unique opportunity for businesses. However, especially in industries or use cases where receiving messages via WhatsApp is uncommon, the key challenge I see is how to earn user trust when introducing upselling campaigns. The goal is not only to achieve high open rates but also to minimize spam reports and generate real value through user actions. From my experience, the most effective approach has been to start with value-driven messages—communications that aren’t focused on a direct call-to-action (like a purchase or promotion) but instead offer informative, useful content. After at least two interactions of this nature, which establish a relationship with the user, it becomes more appropriate to initiate upselling campaigns via WhatsApp. Questions for discussion: - What strategies have you found successful for building trust with users on WhatsApp? - How do you balance promotional content with providing value to the user? - Are there particular industries or use cases where WhatsApp works better for upselling? - How do you mitigate the risk of users reporting messages as spam? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!40Views0likes0CommentsIN-APP Inspiration
Good morning, everyone! In our company, a (fintech startup), we are testing new ways to create INAPPs and different styles (carousel, full image, custom code). I would like to start a topic where we can share what formats we think work best or where we get our inspiration from. So, I would like to begin by asking: How do you find inspiration to create new INAPP formats? What sources do you use? Best regards to all!111Views2likes4Comments
