Getting Error while creating API campaign through braze webhook
Hi All, I am trying to create an API Campaign through Braze webhook in my sandbox instance. I am getting the following error Message: 415 Unsupported Media Type Raw Response: {"error": "The provided content-type 'text/plain' is not supported."} Below is my webhook code POST https://rest.fra-02.braze.eu/messages/send { "external_user_ids": ["MON0002"], "messages":{ "email":{ "app_id":"Here Added my APP ID", "subject" : "This is my subject", "body": "This is my body", "from": "NEWS <news@demo01.broze.com>", } } } Thanks in advanceSolved44Views0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Deliverability
I am currently ~35 days into IP warming. Since the start I've had issues with Microsoft. Even when sending ~137 emails a day to highly engaged openers I was marked as spam. Perhaps I moved to quickly with IP warming? I've reeled back to only send to people who opened every email for over 3 months (supposably) before switching email platforms. I'm still being marked as spam. My complaint rate is 0 percent. This is the soft bounce error I keep getting from microsoft in my message activity log: 550 5.7.1 {hash}, messages from [a.b.c.d] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [Name=Protocol Filter Agent][AGT=PFA][MxId={hash}] [{base64} {hash}:31:50.583Z {hash}] I've reached out to microsoft several times and this is what they get back with: "The connection and throttling limitation against your IP has been set to a more appropriate level based on your reputation. Please note that this does not guarantee that your mail will be delivered to a user’s inbox, only that it will no longer be subject to the previous thresholds unless your IP/domain reputation degrades (or) until it exceeds its revised thresholds." I'm at a loss for what to do. Should I scale way back and start IP warming again from 10 emails? This is my Microsoft SNDS email performance page:164Views0likes4CommentsEmail Clipping in Gmail Help
Hi Brazers, I’m hoping to get some advice on an issue we’re running into with email clipping - particularly in Gmail. We're noticing that some of our emails are being clipped, and from what I understand, this typically happens when the total size of the email exceeds Gmail’s 102KB limit. Our email builds often go over 150KB, which seems to be a key factor - though I’m wondering what other factors might also impact clipping? We use Braze’s Drag & Drop builder, not HTML, and I’m aware this approach can introduce additional micro-filler HTML for formatting - which may bloat the final size of our emails. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have any recommendations for reducing the email size when using Drag & Drop? Any tips to better manage email size and prevent clipping would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!41Views0likes2CommentsSearch Function
Is anyone else baffled by how bad the search function is specifically when searching email templates. I can copy and paste the exact email template name into the search bar and it still wont pull up just that one email. It looks like it finds anything with any word in it that matches my search. Surely there is a workaround to make this not awful right?39Views0likes2CommentsEmail Forwards - Measuring them and Reducing Content Changes
Hello, Recently did some testing with email forwards and noticed a few things, Content set to appear only on mobile/desktop both show up in fowarded email version. Spacing between content blocks seems to have more whitespace in fowraded email version. Leads me to two questions, Is anyone tracking email forward volume? We are trying to determine whether this content change even matters, so getting a sense of volume would be helpful. Any know methods for reduce content changes in forwarded emails? Not sure we need to do anything, but curious if it is possible. Regards, Ed27Views0likes1CommentControl group based on custom attribute
Hey everyone! I am wondering if anyone had a similar situation: standard tool for isolating control group (global or Canvas- specific) does not fit my business needs, because I want to measure incremental change of product conversions per B2B subscriber, and each B2B subscriber can have more than 1 employee (aka user ID in Braze). Therefore, there is a risk of having representatives of the same B2B entity in both control and treatment groups. How would you deal with this issue? I have an idea of assigning custom attribute (control_group = true/false) when importing each new user (so that all users within one B2B entity fall into either control or treatment group), but it makes managing campaigns and building reports more complicated. I'll be grateful for your ideas and sharing your experience. Thank you! :)81Views0likes3CommentsLinking to the new Preference Center
Hey Community, I'm currently looking into implementing a new Preference Center in our Emails which are adapted based on the Country where the user lives. Currently all new Preference centers are launched but I am having trouble adding these to the email. A simple copy of the liquid code does not result in the preference center showing up in the Email. I have followed all the steps from the https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/message_building_by_channel/email/preference_center/dnd_preference_center/#step-5-customize-your-confirmation-page. Is there maybe something I am missing?86Views0likes4Comments
