Hey folks, In place of a live session this month, we have recorded an interactive session - Understanding User Lifecycle Mapping. Marketers today know that it costs more to acquire a user than it does to retain one. This webinar focuses on how to connect the dots between core company metrics such as revenue growth & profitability and individual touch-points along the user lifecycle. The session is suitable for marketing professionals in a strategic role who are aiming either to build their first user lifecycle map, or to take an existing map to new levels. During the webinar we will cover: Typical stages of the user lifecycle, Goals of those stages and how relate to core business goals Example KPIs tracked through the stages High-Value Actions and examples by industry Examples of campaigns & canvases focused on that stage How to become more segmented & targeted with your strategies for each stage. The session runs for around 50 minutes, which includes ~20 minutes in which you can pause the webinar and build your own lifecycle map. You are encouraged to build a map on a platform which best fits your organisation, whether that be a Miro board or an Excel Spreadsheet. I'm looking for examples or case studies of using Braze for TO and THROUGH marketing with existing Partners. This isn't lead gen, but engagement and sales enablement of these partners. Starting to use multi-langauge support, but it looks like I still need to use a translation service. Can anyone confirm? Also what's your experience been like with multi-langauge? Looks like all data just funnels into one canvas/campaign since you are using liquid instead of creating multiple canvas/campaigns for different languages. Q/A Follow-Up: Q: Which channels are the AI Copywriting Assistant, Brand Guidelines, Tone Control and Liquid Assistant features available on and how can you access the feature? A: AI copywriter, Brand Guidelines & Tone Control are available on all channels where you can compose the text in the dashboard. Head to 'Compose Message' in the Campaign or Message Step in Canvas and look for the blue wand symbol. In the drag-and-drop editor for in-app messages, select a text block and select in the block’s black toolbar. Liquid Assistant is available for SMS messages, push notifications, HTML email campaigns, and Canvases.
