Q: Which channels are the AI Copywriting Assistant, Brand Guidelines, Tone Control and Liquid Assistant features available on and how can you access the feature?

A: AI copywriter, Brand Guidelines & Tone Control are available on all channels where you can compose the text in the dashboard. Head to 'Compose Message' in the Campaign or Message Step in Canvas and look for the blue wand symbol. In the drag-and-drop editor for in-app messages, select a text block and select  in the block’s black toolbar.

Liquid Assistant is available for SMS messages, push notifications, HTML email campaigns, and Canvases. For the email channel, the assistant works on email messages and not templates, and works best on email messages that are already built.
