Event details

Have you been hoping for a chance to ask Braze subject matter experts questions about the latest product releases and latest Braze features? You’re in luck! Join us for our first ever Community Advisory Hours on September 28 at 12pm ET. The first webinar of this series will be hosted by Kai Willaims, Braze’s Training Team Lead in Customer Education, and will give you an opportunity to dive deeper into the Discover What’s New: September Product Release as well as features highlighted in the July and August product releases.

Kai will spend fifteen minutes recapping what is covered in the September Product Release, fifteen minutes answering previously submitted questions from customers regarding the July, August, and September releases, and will leave fifteen minutes for live questions from the audience. This live digital event will give you the chance to learn more about our September Product Release and dive deeper into understanding key functionality of the Braze platform and Braze features.

Some of the topics that Kai will cover include:
- AI Copywriting Assistant
- AI Content QA
- Approval Workflow
- Updated HTML Editor
- Segment Extension Improvements
- Our brand-new integration tool, 'Data Transformation'

We are excited to offer this live event to customers seeking to dive deeper into understanding the latest features of Braze.

Please feel free to pre-submit your question ahead of time using the form here. We will record the webinar for those unable to attend live and we’ll provide an opportunity for folks to ask questions in The Forum following the live event, with Braze team members available to answer questions through Friday, September 29.
