Email opt-in in the UK
Hi everyone! My client is expending in the UK. I want to maximize my email opt-in rates. I would like to know if soft opt-in is allowed for signed-up users in the UK. The rules on the ICO website...

I view signed up users as soft opt-ins, and have viewed them in this way for the past year or so without any issues.
