Braze uses Sparkpost or Sendgrid for email depending on your provisioning, and Twilio for SMS/MMS/RCS.

Not integrated like Twilio/Sparkpost/Sendgrid (which means you would lose delivery/engagement/reporting/etc. inside of braze).
As Jerome mentions, you could make webhook calls from braze canvas/campaign to Sinch to have it send your messages.
Just wanted to add since the discussion was happening that some email is moving to Amazon SES. We just had one created there.
