Hello Annie_Liang 150Kb limit is to avoid the SPAM.
Clipping of the email is totally dependent on the length of the email content. My suggestion would be to test the length of the email to see what works for you and remove the unwanted/extra promotional informational from the email body/content.
I would suggest to explore Email heatmaps to understand which part of email works best for you.

Thanks, Manoj! We'll give that a try. Our team has already experimented with adjusting the email length, and I’ve also tested removing individual rows and tweaking text spacing. Interestingly, although we’ve added more imagery and copy, the new test email isn’t clipping even though it's longer.
That said, the file size remains quite large, and we’re aware that this could trigger SPAM filters and affect our inbox placement, so it's still a concern.
