emails clipping

Hi Brazers,

We are experiencing email clipping on a couple of Email clients (mostly Gmail), and we are following all best practices, sizes of images, email, IPs aligned...etc. This emais are also landing on inbox directly so its not a deliverability/inbox placement issue

I can see in my inbox that some brands manage to send emails waaaaay much longer than ours - with triple the images, copy, background images and they do not clip (landing on same gmail inbox).

Can someone share some ideas or best practices on how to make emails not clip?

    Hi Lori-Merchan!

    I am by no means an expert on this topic but my emails seem to clip if the HTML is too long. I normally start troubleshooting by removing erroneous styling and commented-out code (and comments!) from my template. Liquid should not affect clipping. I hope this helps!

      Thanks Liz, yeah we used to do that before but now using the email builder that is a bit harder. Will run some tests with old HTML templates see how it goes
