Can you tell us more about the structure of the team using Braze at Papa Johns UK. What teams do you collaborate with and how do you divide up ownership of Braze?
Our approach is intentionally cross-functional. I sit within the tech team but work hand-in-hand with marketing, CRM, loyalty, data, and engineering. I own the product strategy and roadmap for Braze - deciding what we build, test, and scale - while campaign planning and execution are driven by our CRM team.
We also partner closely with creative and commercial teams to ensure messaging aligns with trading priorities. On the technical side, we work with our engineers and data teams to enable personalisation, targeting, and reporting. Ownership is shared, but clearly defined - it’s a team sport, but with structured accountability. Our goal is to make Braze not just a tool, but a growth engine embedded across the business.
