Any tips for making a case to your internal organization to use WhatsApp?

Do you have any suggestions for marketers looking to make a case for using WhatsApp to their boss or team?

  • I would draft a business proposal and focus on the value WhatsApp can drive for your brand in terms of expanded reach and better business results. Detailing the use cases and campaigns you plan to run is nice, but at the end of the day, your Director or CMO likely cares about how WhatsApp can impact KPIs that are important to your brand. So be sure to emphasize the channel’s ability to help you reach more of your user base and drive stronger results, like improved retention rates and higher LTV. If your boss still has doubts, suggest running a smaller pilot to test into the channel and validate performance before going all in.
