Whatsapp-Intercom Integration

Hi, has anyone found a way to integrate WhatsApp with Intercom/Landbot?

In our company, we would like to add WhatsApp as a channel for sending marketing communication to our users. Still, we were wondering in case a user replies with a question that should take customer support, we would prefer that instead we let all agents access Braze, to send some tagging or similar between the tools so that the question can be escalated to an agent in their tool. In our case, we use both intercom and landbot for this kind of question.
