Salary ranges & Pay Rise!
Hi everyone. I am trying to help a client get a well deserved pay rise! If anyone has any insight from previous or current employment, please could you let me know the sort of salary an individual with this remit should attract: Product Owner (Communication Platform),6 direct reports, 20 indirect reports (and rising),commercial support, owns Braze relationship andoversees technical build and execution of all Braze originated communications for a highly regulated, publicly listed business.Marketing Team Structure Reccos
Curious to hear how other leaders balance campaign related responsibilities with platform/integration improvement responsibilities. While I have a solid team of marketers, finding understanding of the more technical aspects of Braze and managing migrations and launch of new channels always seems to be gap. I'd love to hear how other teams are balancing these responsibilities.
