Hi! We have added WhatsApp to our channel mix and I am now working on the communication plan. We got some information from a CSM about a 20 keyword limit that Braze has and considering that we create our communication in both ES and EN, this reduces the experience to 10 keywords per language. Is there anyone out there who has faced this limitation and is willing to share some workarounds for it? Thanks in advance, Aura181Views0likes0CommentsWhatsapp-Intercom Integration
Hi, has anyone found a way to integrate WhatsApp with Intercom/Landbot? In our company, we would like to add WhatsApp as a channel for sending marketing communication to our users. Still, we were wondering in case a user replies with a question that should take customer support, we would prefer that instead we let all agents access Braze, to send some tagging or similar between the tools so that the question can be escalated to an agent in their tool. In our case, we use both intercom and landbot for this kind of question. Thanks in advance for your support.156Views0likes0CommentsGet Outbound Whats app Messages into own system
Hey Community, we want to show Outbound Whats app messages we sent in an internally built tool (for our service team) for and have not found a good solution how to get this information from Braze. The information we get using Meta webhooks is only the status of the message. We want to get template name and body of the message. The only solution we see right now is, when we trigger a whats app message in a canvas to also trigger a webhook and parse the message template into one field for the webhook (not ideal as it is very error-prone and will not include the personalization). Is there any good way to get the Oubound message template name and body text from Braze?155Views0likes0CommentsHas anyone implemented a Discord or Telegram integration with Braze?
We're exploring the possibility of using Discord and Telegram as outbound channels to send messages to customers - still having Braze at the centre to trigger and orchestrate campaigns. Has anyone in the community looked at this? Hoping to shortcut our research if possible. Thanks72Views0likes3CommentsHELP NEEDED: Problem Conecting WhatsApp Account With Braze
I am in the process of implementing the Braze platform in my company and we are currently setting up WhatsApp. I tried to follow the documentation available at Braze (https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/message_building_by_channel/whatsapp/overview), however, I am having a unique problem that is outside of what is foreseen in the documentation. When I try to assign the "whatsapp accounts" asset in the meta for business partner area to Braze, the option simply doesn't appear and when I try to configure it through Braze it directs me to create a new account and get a new number instead of show me the account options that already exist in my whatsapp manager by meta: The problem is that I already have an account with a whatsapp number just waiting to be conected with Braze. This account already has a partner but according to documentation online, one whatsapp account can have more than one business partner:51Views0likes1CommentWhatsApp as a business channel: how to build trust and drive upselling
I'm opening this post to gather feedback, insights, experiences, and tips on leveraging WhatsApp as a communication channel. With its impressive open rates and ability to engage users on a highly personal level, WhatsApp offers a unique opportunity for businesses. However, especially in industries or use cases where receiving messages via WhatsApp is uncommon, the key challenge I see is how to earn user trust when introducing upselling campaigns. The goal is not only to achieve high open rates but also to minimize spam reports and generate real value through user actions. From my experience, the most effective approach has been to start with value-driven messages—communications that aren’t focused on a direct call-to-action (like a purchase or promotion) but instead offer informative, useful content. After at least two interactions of this nature, which establish a relationship with the user, it becomes more appropriate to initiate upselling campaigns via WhatsApp. Questions for discussion: - What strategies have you found successful for building trust with users on WhatsApp? - How do you balance promotional content with providing value to the user? - Are there particular industries or use cases where WhatsApp works better for upselling? - How do you mitigate the risk of users reporting messages as spam? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!24Views0likes0Comments
