Keyword limit for Whatsapp

Hi! We have added WhatsApp to our channel mix and I am now working on the communication plan. We got some information from a CSM about a 20 keyword limit that Braze has and considering that we create our communication in both ES and EN, this reduces the experience to 10 keywords per language.

Is there anyone out there who has faced this limitation and is willing to share some workarounds for it?
