Our in-house marketing team is looking for an experienced mobile lifecycle marketing manager to play a critical role in some of our most important growth initiatives. You’ll optimize our marketing funnel and work hand-in-hand with our product managers to create compelling retention and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with building engaging, creative, yet data-driven lifecycle programs and has a highly empathetic, customer-centric mindset.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization across all stages of the user journey
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mobile app user behavior, segment users based on their behavior and demographics, and create personalized messaging and experiences for each segment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and conversion funnels, including UX/UI, product management, data science, and engineering
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track and report on key metrics, including user retention, LTV, churn, conversion rates, and engagement
Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns and communication channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email, SMS, and social media
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including email service providers, push notification providers, and analytics platforms (as necessary)
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile app lifecycle marketing and CRM
Who You Are
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, mobile app marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Looker, etc.
Experience with mobile app analytics platforms, such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or Firebase
Experience with Braze
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working across global time-zones
