How we can use the features of Geofences

Hi Bonfire,

How we can use the features of Geofences when we have only website (No App).
When I was referring the braze documents it says that we can track the location even through WEB through WPS
But I have one scenario over here if customer has closed his/her browser while entering/ exit the location of store or we can say when a user enters or exits a specific area/ particular region which is configured in geofence set, then how we gone track the location of those customer.
Because most of people does not use website when they are near to store.
question is how we gone to track the location for those customer assuming that they have already given consent to track location in website before but right now they are not using website even they have close the browser in background.
