About the Role

Owning the CRM function internationally (AU, UK, and more to come), this role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel end-to-end campaigns and nurture programs to activate, maintain and deepen engagement with users (citizens) globally, aimed to improve retention and increase revenue. You will be taking the CRM and lifecycle strategy to the next level by analysing touchpoints with the WeAre8 app, enabling us to better connect with our citizens and driving engagement through crafting the right message to the right person at the right time.

About You

With a strategic and process-focused mindset, you are a data-driven CRM professional who proactively strives to identify and implement opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in everything you do. Likely with experience in media, marketing, advertising, tech and digital sectors, you have a proven track record in delivering on growth targets through lifecycle marketing and are passionate about establishing and executing robust end-to-end CRM strategies focused on high-quality interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to establish and evolve the lifecycle strategy for activation, nurture and retention of citizens globally.
  • Define, develop - in collaboration with the creative team - and deliver automated marcomms integrated across channels to onboard, deepen and awaken engagement with citizens. Manage user segmentation and targeting, email and push notification campaigns, and user journeys.
  • Build out campaign and nurturing templates to execute effectively and efficiently for B2C and B2B, across multiple channels and markets.
  • Support the Head of Digital Marketing with tracking, reporting on key metrics of success, and sharing actionable insights.
  • Leverage data-driven insights, best practice and A/B testing to innovate, execute with excellence, continuously test and optimise activity to maximise performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to identify cohorts of citizens and opportunities in the user journey that can be automated to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.

Qualifications & skills required for this role

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in CRM, from lifecycle marketing strategy through to execution delivering user-centric nurturing campaigns across channels, ideally for an app-based product (push notifications, email, in-app messages, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, especially Braze (Hubspot also desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills turning data into actionable insights and leveraging data to drive positive outcomes against targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, market segmentation, and customer preferences through a user-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organisational, communication and project management skills to manage high volume at speed.
