🦄 Wanted! Paid Media & Email Manager (FT Remote)

We're looking for a marketing manager with experience in Paid Media campaigns and Braze Email Journeys. We are an 'internal agency' model with multiple brands and clients across the horse world. 

You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic) while owning the CRM and email journey for brand clients. Your goal: connect media performance with customer acquisition and retention, building unified, revenue-driving marketing systems for equine lifestyle brands.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success managing paid media and email/CRM programs.
• Strong analytical chops, comfortable with interpreting data and translating insights into results.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bonus points if you have experience in equine, outdoor, or lifestyle industries (horse lovers welcome!).
