September 2023: Out of the Box Reporting with Braze

Thank you to all who were able to join our session on Out of the Box Reporting with Braze last week.

Here are a few additional resources: 

  • Presentation - review the slides and access links highlighted in the deck.
  • Braze Benchmarking - This tool gives your team access to live, industry-by-industry data on message engagement, app retention, user acquisition, and purchasing behavior.
  • Q&A: Is there a way to find conversion data like the person who purchased within a campaign?
    There are 3 options to take in order to gain this insight and have visibility of the data.

- Using Segmentation  - If this is your primary conversion - you can use our has converted from campaign or canvas. Again, this will only look at primary conversions. (more details here

- Using Currents data - This will be the most reliable, almost real-time view of your data you would look at when that conversion occurs and when a click for example took place. Currents data will have the conversion event time stamps as such you could then check if, for example, a click took place at that time. Currents is the best way to get that level of granularity. (Example of Structure of Campaign Conversion event & Canvas Conversion event -  and email Click event sent via our Current Connectors) - essentially you would be looking at a last-click attribution.

- Conversions Dashboard -  This will help you analyze conversions across campaigns and canvases using different attribution methods (more details in our documentation here). This is an early access feature as such you will need to raise a ticket to request access
