Email Metrics That Matter
Here's another blog post that I'm loving! Our content team has been working on a series of these, and I find them super helpful.
TL;DR the metrics are:
- Non-Open Rates
- Email Click Rates
- Email Bounce Rates
- Email Complaint Rates
- Email Conversion Rates
