SMS Message in Canvas, Intelligent Timing is not saving
I am currently working on setting up some new Canvases in braze and any time I add a new SMS message so far today and turn on intelligent timing, after saving the draft of the canvas it is removing the intelligent timing settings on the SMS messages. We have this set on other current active canvases with out any issues so wondering if anyone else is seeing this. Possibly a new bug? When reading the docs I don't see anything that would cause this setting to be removed when it is set.

SMs channel does not support intelligent timing because Braze cannot track the times of opens/read for SMS.
Intelligent timing is only supported on Push and email. Braze uses the following interaction data for intelligent timing:- Session times
- Push Direct Opens
- Push Influenced Opens
- Email Clicks
- Email Opens
- TedScottVisionary
Did you have your fallback time set, have it set to send at least 48 hours ahead of time, are you using SMS link shortening. and have your users have already been messaged multiple times to be able to have enough data.?
Manjo could be right here, but I agree with you, I cannot find anything in the docs to indicate it is not supported for SMS and it is supported by Intelligent Channel filter (and no reason it could not just us the interaction with the other channels as the basis) - Double check with Braze to confirm.
