segment question

Is it possible to create a segment out of users who have responded to an SMS with a custom keyword? I'm seeing "Create a Segment" options for Opt-in/out & Help keyword categories, but no retargeting option for Custom Keywords & Other

    Yes, this is possible. Please check out the documentation here.You are not yet able to create Segments in a single click for Custom Categories via the Keyword Responses section, but it’s possible to do when creating a segment (see docs above)
