How Braze measures reachable users
I want to understand if, in the segments module, when I filter my audiences, the total reachable users only considers users with either a valid email address or a push token enabled to receive commun...
Reachable means braze would attempt sending (such as a validly formatted email address / one not marked as undeliverable), but it does not mean it is opted-in or deliverable.
