In most cases, this is not a cause for concern, especially if:
- Your Google domain reputation is visible and healthy.
- Your emails are delivering successfully (check your bounce rates and inbox placement).
- You send emails at a low volume, which inherently limits the chances of spam complaints or blacklisting.
However, there are a few cases where you may want to investigate further:
- Deliverability Issues: If you’re seeing high bounce rates, low open rates, or emails landing in spam.
- IP Warm-Up: If you’re using a dedicated IP but haven’t followed a proper warm-up plan, email providers may be hesitant to trust the IP.
- Spam Complaints: Even one or two spam complaints can disproportionately affect the reputation of low-volume senders.
