It depends! I’d say the two most popular use cases are 1) acquiring lookalike audiences and 2) suppressing ads for customers who no longer need them. Many companies do both! Ad suppression is probably the easiest Audience Sync use case to start with: use it to remove all existing customers from your acquisition campaigns, or dynamically remove users from receiving ads as soon as they’ve converted on any channel. Why keep spending money to serve ads to people who don’t need them?
