Those benefits might include: Exclusive offers, sales and promos, order updates and transactional messages, or major announcements and reminders.
Another tip: sweeten the deal. Consider driving opt-ins by adding an additional incentive, like a promo code, for signing up.
Lastly, consider positioning your WhatsApp program as a loyalty of VIP experience. You might want to include offers for WhatsApp-subscribed users only, loyalty perks, or insider scoops.
