Planning retail campaigns in a challenging economic environment requires a strategic pivot from pure volume to value, loyalty, and efficient targeting. Braze empowers brands to navigate these conditions effectively by:

    • Shifting focus from discounts to value proposition. In a challenging economic environment, simply offering deeper discounts isn't sustainable. Instead focus on how you can highlight the value in your product or service in addition to your deal strategy.
    • Deepen customer loyalty and retention. Acquiring new customers is expensive. Focus on how you can use your current marketing tools to retain your existing customer base. Give them a reason to want to stay by delivering on their total customer experience from add to cart to delivering products to their front door.
    • Hyper-segmentation. Instead of focusing on broad campaigns, use Braze's segmentation to identify your highest-value customers and those most likely to convert. Tailor messages precisely to their needs.
