Hiring: CRM Associate @JOE&THEJUICE
Role Overview
As a CRM Associate, you will support and optimize global CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, SMS) with the goal of improving customer journeys, engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You will work closely with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure consistent, data-driven communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and QA multi-channel CRM campaigns
- Maintain and enhance automated customer journeys (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, loyalty)
- Collaborate with data, loyalty, and creative teams
- Analyse campaign performance to generate actionable insights
- Support internal stakeholders across global markets
- Document CRM processes and maintain campaign accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Amplitude, or Talon.One
- Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and segmentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in international, multi-market environments is a plus
