Role Overview

As a CRM Associate, you will support and optimize global CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, SMS) with the goal of improving customer journeys, engagement, loyalty, and revenue. You will work closely with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure consistent, data-driven communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and QA multi-channel CRM campaigns
  • Maintain and enhance automated customer journeys (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, loyalty)
  • Collaborate with data, loyalty, and creative teams
  • Analyse campaign performance to generate actionable insights
  • Support internal stakeholders across global markets
  • Document CRM processes and maintain campaign accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Amplitude, or Talon.One
  • Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and segmentation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in international, multi-market environments is a plus
