Planning process & biggest challenges

Hey nicole_suther Wyndie_Mills Congrats on the Torchie and the success of the Mint Mobile and Jack in the Box campaign! 
Can you share more details about the planning process for the campaign? What were the biggest challenges you faced in executing this partnership, and how did you address them? For example, creative process, execution, measurement... AMA with Mint Mobile Live

    We had multiple partners, our own creative agency, Jack in the Box and Ryan's agency Maximum Effort. Thankfully we all work very well together. I think the key is communication, 'when in doubt, talk it out'. We needed to make sure that Jack in the Box was getting what they needed in terms of measurement for the partnership and also that we had what we wanted - which was a solid Brand moment that gave our customers something (a free shake) at no cost. 

  • One of the challenges we ran into was Jack in the Box and Mint Mobile was that this promotion was the first time either of us had used the Braze promo code creator. We put a testing plan in place with internal users to ensure everything worked properly before deploying the campaign to our customers.
