If we manage to drive our customers to start a conversation with us, will this conversations be charged by braze and fall into the conversation package OR are these individual ones? We started collecting WhatsApp users consents through a canvas in Braze using in-apps. We're actually getting good results (or at least better than the industry based on the metrics shared by Braze). However, I'd like to understand if you suggest to treat WhatsApp Consent as the consent for emails and push notifications?
