WhatsApp User consents
We started collecting WhatsApp users consents through a canvas in Braze using in-apps. We're actually getting good results (or at least better than the industry based on the metrics shared by Braze). However, I'd like to understand if you suggest to treat WhatsApp Consent as the consent for emails and push notifications? Can it be game changer to add WhatsApp in the notification center?

We strongly recommend that you collect channel-specific consent separately for WhatsApp, email, and any other channels that require it.
This provides the best customer experience, as your customers can indicate which channel they want to receive communications on.
