About the role: We are looking for a data-driven and strategic CRM Specialist to run global marketing campaigns across dynamic user segments. Strong understanding of user journey mapping and frameworks across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker), and A/B testing frameworks.
