Figma to Braze HTML templates
Hello guys, I am trying to find a plugin or any 3rd party tool that can export from figma designs to the braze. There is this plugin called Emailify on figma which I can export the email design as HTML template directly to the email templates on braze via API. Now I am trying to apply this to landing pages and in-app messages. Anyone using custom html templates for these channels? if yes, can you please share your experience and maybe suggest a solution?How to trigger IAM right after the user clicks the push
Hey! I have a question. I’m trying to send a push notification followed by an in-app message (IAM). The goal is for the IAM to appear immediately when the user taps the push and lands in the app. I’ve tried a few setups, but it’s not working as expected. Currently, I have two separate Canvases — one for the push and one for the IAM. In the IAM Canvas, I tested two entry criteria: A custom attribute value change A user action: "starts a session" Neither approach worked. The IAM only triggers when I close and reopen the app — it seems the initial session after tapping the push isn’t being counted, likely because the app is already open in the background. Any ideas on how to make the IAM trigger right after the user clicks the push and lands in the app? I don't want to use API or custom event, looking for a simple solution from whatever feature we have in Braze. Thanks, SIvaSpin the Wheel IAM - Prize allocation
Hi everybody! We are currently working on a Braze IAM that uses a spin the wheel concept. There are a total of 142 prices that can be won when the wheel is spinned. As thousands of users can receive the IAM, it is crucial that the same price will not be triggered multiple times. Does anybody have any experience with a campaign like this and how did you prevent the price from being triggered multiple times? Our dev team recommended us to use an external solution where it is checked whether a price is still available, but we don't know if there might be something better to use?
Personalized Copy/Paste Function in In-App Message
I'm new to Braze and want to learn how to integrate a personalized copy/paste function within an in-app message. For context: my company is looking to trigger this message on our website after a user completes a specific action. This action involves the user making their own custom URL using our website, so we want to include a message pop-up that invites them to copy and paste their link to share. I'm assuming this would involve the use of personalization + the campaign builder? Are there any tutorials or tips on how I can accomplish this? Thanks!!
Integrate Push primer in mobile app
I’m working on integrating the push primer as part of our app's notification flow. The requirement is to trigger the push primer just before the native OS permission prompt appears, for both Android and iOS. Currently, it’s not working as expected. Could someone guide me on: What specific configuration is required in Braze to enable this behavior?Are there any code changes needed in the app to support the push primer flow? Just for context: The Braze SDK is already integrated in our codebase. We are successfully receiving push notifications, so the base integration seems fine.
Multi-screen survey in app message
Hi there! I am trying to create a multi-screen in-app message with a survey that has 5 questions. 4 questions have a multiple choice answers and 1 is open-ended text. The ideal flow is that the next question is immediately displayed once a user answers a question. Everyone will see the same 6 questions (aka they don't need to be dynamic based off their answers). Does anyone have any tips here? I can only find the option for simple surveys in braze and no option for multi-screen/question. Thanks! Bianca

Does anyone do a combined email and phone number capture in Braze? I'm trying to create an experience where first screen is email capture, second screen is phone number capture, and third screen is confirmation but struggling especially because I would like the form to tell a user if the email already exists in Braze.We've created new blocks and templates for In-App Messages.
