Using Attachments on Email Templates
Hello guys, I have an email campaign that contains an attachment to be included in sendout. With the Braze magic, is it possible to do it? Is anyone find a solution?] Attachment can be a pdf, jpg or png. Can you please share your experience or a way to do it? Thanks!
Linking to the new Preference Center
Hey Community, I'm currently looking into implementing a new Preference Center in our Emails which are adapted based on the Country where the user lives. Currently all new Preference centers are launched but I am having trouble adding these to the email. A simple copy of the liquid code does not result in the preference center showing up in the Email. I have followed all the steps from the https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/message_building_by_channel/email/preference_center/dnd_preference_center/#step-5-customize-your-confirmation-page. Is there maybe something I am missing?Users marketing consent
Hi everyone, We're looking for ways to increase the number of contactable users. Some key actions we're considering include: A/B testing in the onboarding phase Ad hoc campaigns with in-app notifications for unsubscribed users Creating subscription groups (as we currently don't have any) Has anyone come across a successful case study on this? Or perhaps key metrics, like average user consent rates by industry, or useful websites for inspiration? Hi everyone, I am currently planning a re-consent campaign and have segmented our audience into 4 groups; highly engaged, moderate, lapsed and dormant. I am trying to get a sense of the reconsent rates for each segment to better predict business impact.
