Jackpocket is the first mobile lottery app in the U.S. that offers players a secure way to order official state lottery tickets, such as Powerball, Mega Millions, and more, via their smartphones. We're creating a more convenient, fun, and responsible way to play the lottery by modernizing the $300B global lottery market with a mobile platform that everyone, including grandma, can feel good about.

Jackpocket is seeking a CRM Manager to own our retention and engagement marketing efforts across key touchpoints, including email, in-app, push, and SMS. You will develop CRM programs that delight, engage, and retain customers. The role will require deep knowledge of mobile marketing, segmentation, cohort analysis, marketing automation tools, and loyalty programs as well as a strategic and analytical mindset to consistently iterate on and optimize our lifecycle marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and optimization of our user lifecycle journeys, including new user conversion, active user retention, and churn winback
  • Manage day-to-day efforts across email, in-app, push, and SMS
  • Leverage a deep understanding of our user base to create personalized messaging and content that improve customer engagement
  • Innovate creative promotions and giveaways that excite our users, while constantly seeking new ways to deliver targeted campaigns
  • Identify valuable opportunities to cross sell new products and increase average spend per user
  • Manage CRM KPIs, including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Partner with analytics to deploy insightful A/B tests, turning insights into actionable strategies
  • Perform post-campaign analysis and reporting, clearly presenting results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Mobile CRM and retention marketing experience at a fast paced growth company 
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (ideally Braze)
  • Expertise in mobile engagement marketing best practices and trigger-based lifecycle programs
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM programs
  • Strong editing and copywriting skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization for conversion, engagement, and monetization
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization
