Lifecycle Marketing Manager at PrettyLitter

PrettyLitter is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help manage and grow our customer communication program. This role will be responsible for executing email, SMS, and referral marketing campaigns for PrettyLitter while working cross-functionally to bring new programs to life. The ideal candidate has a passion for email and SMS and thrives working on campaigns that not only help convert prospects but understands the importance of messaging through a customer’s lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns using precise customer segmentation and personalized content/messaging strategy
• Work with the team to manage the promotional and customer email marketing calendar
• Monitor overall campaign performance and deliverability through daily and monthly reporting
• Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue
• Conduct A/B & experiment tests to optimize campaign engagement using variations of trigger, content, and frequency for all campaigns
• Set up and deploy all email campaigns
• Implement SMS/MMS marketing campaigns
• Interpret weekly and monthly performance reports while leveraging this data to create new segments for campaign targeting
• Continuously stay up to date on best practices and industry trends allowing you to find ways to improve our email campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 3-5 years in an Email/SMS Marketing role
• Experience with Cheetah Digital, Braze, SalesForce, and/or Oracle and working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Understanding of how to work with relational databases for campaign targeting
• Proven experience driving email growth through strategic thinking and testing
• Experience with a premium consumer ecommerce brand
• Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and project management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study a plus

JOB DETAILS

• This is a full-time, exempt position
• The salary range for this role is: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
• PrettyLitter is a fully remote company, generally working Pacific Time hours
• This role will travel approximately 2 weeks per year for company retreats and meet-ups
